Ashley Williams

How to get: She joins your crew on Eden Prime, whether you want her to or not.
Location on the Normandy: Port side forward Vehicle Bay, next to squad lockers.
Abilities: Pistols, Shotguns, Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Combat Armor, First Aid, Assault Training, Fitness, Soldier.
Romance: If you're male, talk to her after every plot mission and choose the top dialog options. When given the option, immediately recognize the author of the poetry she's quoting. Note that she has some Renegade tendencies, if that matters to your sense of consistent roleplay. If you're flirting with Liara as well, they'll both confront you at some point and you'll have to choose between them. Suggesting a threesome will cause them both to break off relations.

Kaidan Alenko

How to get: Is in your squad when you start the game.
Location on the Normandy: Starboard of the Sleeping Pods, next to the Captain's Quarters.
Abilities: Throw, Lift, Barrier, Stasis, Decryption, Electronics, First Aid, Medicine, Sentinel.
Romance: If you're female, talk to him after every plot mission and choose the top dialog options. If you're flirting with Liara as well, they'll both confront you at some point and you'll have to choose between them. Suggesting a threesome will cause them both to break off relations.

Liara T'Soni

How to get: Rescue her on the "Liara's Dig Site" Mission.
Location on the Normandy: Lab and Storage, through Medical
Abilities: Throw, Lift, Warp, Singularity, Barrier, Stasis, First Aid, Electronics, Asari Scientist
Romance: Both male and female Shepards can romance "her". Talk to her after every plot mission and choose the top dialog options. She'll explain why it's physically possible to mate with her, and there's a Codex entry on Asari Physiology. If you also are flirting with Ashley as a male Shepard, or Kaidan as a female Shepard, both Liara and your other love interest confront you at some point and you'll have to choose between them. Suggesting a threesome will cause them both to break off relations.

Urdnot Wrex

How to get: During your first visit to the Citadel, talk to him at C-Sec Academy.
Location on the Normandy: Port side forward Vehicle Bay, next to squad lockers.
Abilities: Assault Rifles, Shotguns, Combat Armor, Fitness, Warp, Throw, Barrier, Stasis, Krogan Battlemaster.
Romance: Not interested.

Garrus Vakarian

How to get: During your first visit to the Citadel, a mission will take you to the Med Clinic in the Upper Wards, where you will help him rescue Dr. Michel. You may invite him to join your crew then.
Location on the Normandy: Next to the Mako in the Vehicle Bay.
Abilities: Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Tactical Armor, Assault Training, Decryption, Damping, First Aid, Electronics, Turian Agent.
Romance: Not interested.

Tali'Zorah nar Rayya

How to get: After taking down Fist during your first visit to the Citadel, you rescue her during a timed mission in the Alleyway behind the Uupper Wards. At the end of the conversation that follows, you may choose to allow her to join your crew.
Location on the Normandy: Port side Engineering.
Abilities: Pistols, Shotguns, Basic Armor, First Aid, Electronics, Damping, Decryption, Hacking, Quarian Machinist.
Romance: Not interested.

Other Normandy Crew

Captain David Anderson

He's only in the Captain's Quarters until your first visit to the Citadel. Later, on the Citadel, he'll be next to the Normandy, and then in Udina's Office.

Navigator Pressly

He stands to port of the Galaxy Map. He'll have some conversation after Eden Prime, and once more later, but that's it.

Corporal Jenkins

You first meet him aft of the Galaxy Map, talking with Dr. Chakwas. This is the only time you can talk to him.

Dr. Chakwas

You'll first meet her aft of the Galaxy Map, talking with Jenkins. Later she'll be in Medical. Once in Medical, there's only one conversation you can have with her.

Flight Lieutenant Jeff "Joker" Moreau

He's the pilot, and sits in the pilot's seat. He has something brief to say after each Plot Mission, but otherwise has only one set of converstion options.

Chief Engineer Adams

Hangs out in front of the Drive Core in Engineering. He can talk about the ship once, and once about Tali later, but will never have anything else to say.

Alliance Requisition Officer

Doesn't seem to have a proper name. Stands in the starboard side of the Vehicle Bay between the Mako and the entrance to Engineering. Can explain about buying stuff from him, and about getting Liscences so he can sell more stuff.
