This quest can sometimes bug out and become incompletable, as Kahoku's body never appears. Therefore, I recommend starting by destroying all six turrets before entering any of the buildings. Save in a seperate slot before entering the first one. Clear out all three buildings, and if indeed his body doesn't appear, reload the earlier save and start at a different building. If necessary, do it again, starting at the building you haven't tried first yet.

You can also use Omni-Gel on each hardpoint. When you're done, a bomb goes off blocking the way you came in, but opening up another. Back out on the surface, cautiously aproach the Mercenary Camp down the hill and pick off the Mercs.
