"UNC: Besieged Base" will be assigned to you if you've filled 75% of your Paragon bar. Being careful not to kill any wandering innocent bystanders will improve the outcome.
Deactivate the Transmitter Tower to learn it's ok to loot stuff. You'll find three of "UNC: Asari Writings." You can also blow up the Fuel tank if you want to see a small exlosion.
The northern one is a Corpse who died trying to salvage a Crashed Probe. Killed by the nearby mercenaries who are now shooting at you.
The southern one is a Thresher Maw.
A Crashed Probe you can actualy Salvage some upgrades from. No mercenaries in the vicinity.
