How to Complete: To distract the lone guard, hire Margarita, the full-bodied prostitue who's standing against the wall opposite the Ballista. Either pay her 60 orens, or win at Arm Wrestling against both Myron and Alphonse.
How to Complete: Craft all the armor, and only wear it all at once, otherwise you take continuous damage whenever you draw a sword. You'll need 2511 Orens, 20 Studded Leather, 16 Hardened Leather, 20 Robust Cloth, 5 Timber, 4 Twine, 5 Endrega Hide, 2 Endrega Venom, 9 Nekker Teeth, 8 Nekker Claws, 16 Iron Ore, 12 Silver ore, 5 Diamond Dust, 4 Amethyst Dust, and 2 Yellow Meteorite Ore.
How to Complete: Beat Skinny Sten, and Wiry Wilks, and Big Max in the Inn. Then beat Bartholomew Bargee outside town to the east.
How to Complete: Get knowledge about endregas from the book Three Years Among the Endregas. If you don't already have it, buy one from Einar in a building across from the dwarven blacksmith.
There are two nests, one south of town and the other east-southeast. (On the map, they're west and northeast of the area marked by horizontal black lines.) Clear out all the nests and kill the queens. Keep the Queen Endrega's pheromones, as it's needed in Chapter III. Return to Louis Merse to complete.
How to Complete: After some conversation with Loredo and Ziggy, you'll start the fights. Beat Twigs, Double-Punch Matho, Smugface "Tassledick," and finally Zdenek. Before taking on Zdenek, Loredo asks you to lose intentionally. If you agree, you get nothing, despite promises to the contrary. If you turn down the offer, you'll have to kill a pair of bandits somewhere in town.
How to Complete: First, throw knives at targets, which will be called out. The Map is easy to see. The Ham is a red thing above the window. The Oar is to the left of the window, leaning against a barrel. You start, and Ves has three other things to aim at. Winning gets you a bonus to damage with throwing knives.
Next, Roche gets into an argument. If you stay out of it, the quest ends. If you decide to calm him, you can try to use words, but if that fails you'll have to Fistfight him.
Third is Arm Wrestling. Beat Thirteen and Fenn to be rewarded with a Sword.
Step four, you drink too much and wake up on the shore, stripped of your stuff. Talk to the nearby Peasant, and either pay him or intimidate him into telling you where your stuff is. Pay Margo in the basement of the Inn. Return to Ves in the house next to the Inn. This completes the quest.
Optionally, if you want the tatoo removed, talk to Triss. All the ingredients for the potion can be bought from Anezka in a house just across the stream to the east. Return them to Triss and use the same dialog option. Immediately upon exiting dialog, you can see that the tatoo is gone.
How to Complete: Leave town and go south to find Rupert Brandhuben. The conversation is interrupted by monsters. Kill them and continue south to enter the ruins. Follow the only path you can and you'll see a ghost appear and start a fire. Continue and climb a small section of wall into the next room on the right. When you loot the Chest, two wraiths will spawn.
Go up the stairs and hang a right. Follow the ghost and jump down to the lower level, where you'll find two more wraiths. Kill them and loot the chest in this room. Exit and just around the corner there's a cutscene with the ghost. A few more paces down that hall is a breakable wall with stuff inside to loot.
Continue and you'll come accross Gridley, who needs some Medicine, which is located in a room down the hall on the right. Kill the two wriaths, then loot the area and give the Medicine to Gridley. The Ghost then reappears and asks you to kill the two men. Exit and talk to them. You now have a choice:
1) Convince Rupert and Gridley to follow you back to the Ghost, who will kill them. Quest complete. Exit via the ladder behind where the Ghost was, then make your way out through the now flameless ruins.
2) Trick the Ghost with animal eyes and Pig Organs (which you can get in town, in a building southwest of the Inn). Give the stuff to the Ghost. He'll lift the curse and then realize you tricked him, and you'll have to kill him. Return to the men and you'll get another choice: let them go or take them to Loredo's.
During the quest, you may have found some notes about the Wild Hunt. Talk to Roche for more information.
How to Complete: Talk to Vilmos, who's just north. You have three options:
1) Intimidate him by threatening to call the guards. He'll close down the shop. Return to Matilda.
2) Use Axii to persuade him to tell you more, then persuade him again to not poison his neighbors. He'll close down the shop. Return to Matilda.
3) Believe that the incense is safe. The quest then completes without any further action.
How to Complete: Enter the cave east of town and kill everything until you get to the end and find some evidence. Exit the cave, where you'll meet up with Malena and the guards. You now have some choices:
A) If you tell the truth, she'll say that she can explain if you follow her a short distance away. There, you'll be ambushed and attacked by Scoia'tael. Kill them, then the soldiers will take her away, and your award will be based on how many soldiers survived.
B) If you say it was monsters, the soldiers will reward you then leave, and Malena will tell you to meet her at the waterfall (on the map, it's the small lake to the south). Once there, you may need to kill some neckers before talking to her. Heal up first, because it's a trap. After you kill the ambushers, she'll run off to the ruins to the west. She's between a wall and a tree, and is shown on the minimap as a red dot. You then have to choose whether to kill her or let her go.
How to Complete: Margo's room is on the ground floor of the Inn. Loot and read her letter and notes.
How to Complete: Anezka needs several ingredients. You can buy them all from Cedric, or you can find them in the following places:
Troll Tongue: Loot from the troll in the "Troll Trouble" DLC, or beat Sendler at Dice Poker and choose the head as reward.
Endrega Fetus (embryo): Loot from endregas or endrega cocoons.
Arachas Eyes: Loot from the arachas during "The Assassins of Kings," just be sure to finish with the Amulet before continuing the main plot.
Essence of Death: Loot from wraiths in the "In the Claws of Madness" Side Quest.
Even if you do manage to gather all the ingredients, you can still sell the Amulet to Anezka.
Bring the items to Anezka, then exit her house and Meditate until 2300. Follow her to the shrine, then save and talk to her to start the ritual. Prepare first, by drinking a Swallow and using your medallion to find to Places of Power. After you kill about 10 wraiths, talk to her to end the quest.
How to Complete: The chest it opens is very nearby, in the opposite end. In the southeast corner of town is the Chancellor's Office, where you can mail the letter that you looted from the chest. Talk to Louis Merse about the postbox and use Axii to get the key from him. You can then read the letters inside. That's it for this Act.
How to Complete: You'll need knowledge of nekkers to do this. Einar Gausel sells the book Nekkers in the Mist, and hangs out south of the Inn. You'll also need some Grapeshot Bombs, which are sold by Cedric, just east of town. He also sells the Formula if you'd rather make them yourself.
Exit town and go south-southeast. You'll find three nests clumped together, not far from town. Nekkers will spawn as you apprach. Kill them, and when the area's clear, drop a Bomb by left-clickomg on them to seal a nest. Continue south-southeast to find the fourth nest. Be sure to keep all of the Warrior Nekker Blood you loot for a quest in Act III. Talk to Louis Merse in his office to complete the quest.
How to Complete: Beat Stycho the Sot, Kcorb "Fliparse" Ransel, and Tidy Tib. After you beat the second fighter, "King" Ziggy will approach and give you the Side Quest "Fight Club." But you still need to finish this quest first.
How to Complete: When you've beaten one, beat the other. Next is Zindrab, who sends you to Einar, in a building opposite the dwarven blacksmith. Lastly, find Sendler, a craftsman outside town to the east. I recommend the troll head as a reward, so that you don't have to kill the Troll when completing "Melitele's Heart."
How to Complete: On your way to Vilmos Bartok, you may start the Side Quest "Little Shop of Dreams." You can take a fake formula, or intimidate him into giving you the real formula. Either way, return to Vencel. He'll want to go to his lab so he can test the formula. Regardless of whether you agree to be blindfolded, you'll wind up at the Lab. If you gave him the real formula, the quest is complete. If you gave him the fake formula, you'll have to kill him and his bandits.
If you were blindfolded, you'll need to first break the barricade with Aard and pick up a weapon from nearby, and then retrieve your stuff. You'll also need to find your way back to town either manually or by using the boat.
How to Complete: Upon landing, loot a chest in front of you for Diagram: Witcher's Robust Silver Sword. Finish the Main Quests "A Rough Landing" and "By the Gods - Stringing Up Sods." Buy some Silver Ore from the Blacksmith in the south-central part of town, and then craft the sword.
How to Complete: As you head towards the location of the Troll on your map, you'll meet a man being attacked by nekkers. Help him, talk to him, then go back to town to talk to Chorab, who's in the village outside and east of the Flotsam wall. Now go and actually talk to the Troll. Or try to, because he'll attack you. Hit him a few times and the fight will stop. He'll explain his situation. If you decide to kill him, report to Louis Merse for your reward.
If you want to help the Troll, Talk to Zoltan in the Inn and Sile the sorceress upstairs. Ask Sendler where he got the Troll's Head, and if you're a Dice Poker Player, you can get it as a reward. Go to the basement of the Inn, and in the middle of the room next to a pillar and a barrel, talk to the man with the randomly generated name. Either intimidate him or Fistfight him into revealing Dmitri's location. Go there and kill Dmitri and his thugs. Loot the Key off of Dmitri's body, which goes to the Bandit Hideout in the southeast corner of the map, though there's not a lot of loot there.. Also loot the corpse nearby.
Return to the Troll and inform him of your actions. You can give him the Troll's Head for an extra reward. Lastly, Tell Chorab what you did. He'll try to get you to take a smaller reward, but you can persuade or intimidate him into giving you what you agreed on. You can also return and kill the Troll after all.
How to Complete: In town, approach Baltimore's Workshop, and the camera will focus on a group of nearby dwarves. Talk to Thorak, and he'll give you a key. Inside, use Aard on a loose wall and loot Baltimore's Directions and a Key. As you exit, choose whether or not to tell Thorak the truth (If you lie, it limits your options later). Follow the Directions by first exiting out the main gate to right, and into the Burned Village. Continue down the hill and hang a left, through the open stone gateway.
At the Shrine (a totem-like thing), continue straight into the Quarry. On your way down the path, scan to find a couple of stones with a symbol that looks like the letter "q". When you get to the bottom, bear left and up a short path to find a chest, which you can open and loot a Runic Key.
Backtrack out of the Quarry to the Shrine, and despite the instructions, go left, past the Troll Camp, all the way down hill to the Wrecked Ship. On the wall to the left (starboard of the bow), are some plants that you can just walk through. Save the chest for last, and be sure to loot the Beaver Cap before leaving here. Looting a chest, you'll find Baltimore's Notes. Thorak will show up with two thugs. Now you have some choices:
A) If you didn't tell Thorak about what you found, Thorak will immediately attack you. Loot the Key from him, which will be useful during "Suspect: Thorak." Return to Vergen and tell Cecil Burdon of the results for a nice reward.
B) If you told Thorak the truth of what you found, you can complete the quest immediately by agreeing to hand over the notes.
C) If you told Thorak the truth of what you found, you can refuse to hand over the evidence, and you wind up having to kill him and his thugs. Loot the Key from him, which will be useful during "Suspect: Thorak." Return to Vergen and tell Cecil Burdon of the results for a nice reward.
How to Complete: Yarpen and Sheldon will be in the Inn, either downstairs at a table, or upstairs in their rooms. Beat them both, then find and beat Skalen Burden in his house. He'll tell you about the next opponent, whom you'll find in Chapter III.
How to Complete: Gain knowledge of harpies by buying the book Harpies - Daughters of the Gale from Felicia Cori, who's near the main gate during the day. Buy at least 7 Harpy Traps from Earso, who's inside the main gate and to the south (or you can buy the Formula from him and make them yourself). Go to the Quarry. Open your inventory and place the Harpy Traps on a quickslot. As you descend down the path, don't kill the harpies right away, or leave at least one alive. Look for nests above you. As you get near one, place a trap (default key R). A harpy will grab one and fly up, detonating a few seconds later, taking the nest with it. Wait for your quest to update the counter before blowing up the next one. You should find four nests here.
Go through the door and find the 5th nest fairly quickly. The last two aren't visible. For the 6th, just after you jump up the first ledge on the path, go forward a few steps to spawn two harpies. Backtrack to the ledge, and place a trap there. The last nest is near the second Kaedweni solder corpse, where you start to find dream crystals. If you run out of harpies, exit back to the quarry and re-enter this area. Return to Celic Burdon for your reward.
How to Complete: Down in the Mines, three of the dead ends have a hole, which you can approach and interract with to place a Grapeshot Bomb. Once all three are sealed, see Cecil Burdon for your reward.
How to Complete: Once the main gates are open, leave town and go past the Troll Camp, downhill to the Wrecked Ship. In the middle of the wreck is a chest which can be looted for the quest item. To be coninuted in Chapter III.
How to Complete: Visit the blacksmith in town. You'll need 5026 Orens, 20 Studded Leather, 18 Hardened Leather, 20 Robust Cloth, 5 Timber, 10 Twine, 1 Draugir Armor Fragment, 4 Essence of Death, 6 Harpy Feathers, 16 Iron Ore, 14 Silver Ore, 3 Diamond Dust, 7 Amethyst Dust, and 2 Blue Meterorite Ore.
How to Complete: Beat the three peasant opponents. Without exiting conversation, you'll fight a noble. If you loose, the quest is done. If you win, you'll get the quest "A Score to Settle," which you'll finish in Chapter III.
How to Complete: You'll need to beat Cornelius first, then Bruno. Follow the quest marker to beat the Innkeeper, then Cecil, and lastly Haggard. If it's night, and he's in his house, the quest will bug out. If it does, Meditate until day, play anyone else in town, then come back and play Haggard during the day, while he's outside. He rewards you with Meteorite Ore.
How to Complete: Once in the Lair, loot the purple crystal off of the Projector. A flock of harpies will spawn, including the Calaeno Harpy Queen. Kill her and loot her for a sword called Harpy. See Cecil Burdon for your reward.
How to Complete: He'll eventually ask for three batches of Harpy Feathers, so you might as well get all 80 first. Harpies can be found on the Quarry, the Lair, and the Pontar Valley maps. They respawn if you leave the map and return. You should be able to accumulate more than enough Feathers while doing other quests. Return when you have at least 80.
After handing in the first batch, you can demand more money by successfully persuading him. After the second batch, leave to another map and come back for an interesting cutscene.
How to Complete: You'lll need to finish the side quest "Baltimore's Nightmare" before you can finish this. If you didn't kill Thorak, you can talk to him, but the quest gets stuck. Assuming you found Thorak's Key on his corpse, enter his house and loot the chest for Oclan's Receipt, which you can then turn in to Cecil Burdon.
How to Complete: Go to the Burned Village at night. Kill a few wraiths and note the smell of sulfur. Go back to Vergen during the day, and buy the Surgical Tools from Felicia Cori, who's near the main gate. Exit north to the Pontar Valley. In the Dwarven Catacombs, you can uncover all the bodies and loot them, but the one you're looking for is in the northern most room, and is uncovered. While you're examining it, look at the arms, and you'll extract some metal shards. Also turn the corpse over to find Dandelion's Poetry Sketchbook.
Talk to Dandelion in the Inn. After the conversation, Meditate until near midnight, and go out to the Burned Village. Upon meeting up with Dandelion, you'll control him. Choose the verses that start "In our bodies...", "My heart would...", and "Our treat is a morsel...". Regardless of your next choice, Geralt will wind up talking to a succubus. You then have a choice:
A) Kill her immediately. See Ele'yas for your reward. You can also leave and accuse Ele'yas, then kill her, then get the reward.
B) Agree to investigate. Ele'yas denies the accusation. Talk to Ivoreth, who's either in his house or outside, near the exit to the Pontar Valley. He'll tell you that Ele'yas has fled the city. Return to the Succubus, and on your way, he'll attack you. Talk to the Succubus for your reward. Having sex with her is optional, and you'll get the loot either way.
How to Complete: This is the fistfighting contest for this Chapter. Beating the first few fighters leads to "A Score to Settle," which is just one more fight.
How to Complete: This is a series of duels, which end when someone reaches 50% health. The final contestant is Ves. If you beat her, follow her to her tent, and you'll have the option of having sex with her.
How to Complete: This is the arm wrestling quest for this Chapter. Beat the first three opponents in any order, then beat the 4th.
How to Complete: Ask Dethmold about the notes. You may give them to him now, but the better solution is to hold on to them until the next Chapter.
How to Complete: Talk to Liva at the Brothel Camp. Go to the house in the southwest corner of the map Next, find Malget's grave just south of the house and note the runes on it. Return to the house and blow away the barrels on the side with Aard. In the basement, you'll see three unlit candles. Light them in this order: Caret, Diamond, Caret (or: the furthest from the entrance, the one in front, then the one that's closest). Lighting them in the wrong order spawns a wraith.
Inside the secret chamber, be sure to pick up Malget's Notes, which starts the quest "From a Bygone Era." Meditate until 2300, and near the beach, find a Specter to talk to. You can just kill all the specters and end the quest here, but there's more XP to be had.
Return to Mavrick to hear his side of the story. If you accuse him, he'll run to the beach and the quest will be marked as failed. Instead, hear him out until he runs away. Talk to the Specters yet again, and you will have one last choice as to who to side with. Siding with Mavrick yields the most reward, and is probably the lesser evil.
How to Complete: Find the soldiers near Sabrina's Pyre. If you tell them they can go by themselves, they'll die and the quest will fail. Instead, agree to escort them, and then you'll have to advance a main quest before the escort starts. Once they thank you, return to Zyvik for your reward.
How to Complete: You won't be able to get to the shipwreck until near the end of the Chapter, during "The Siege of Vergen." Just after you cross through the mist, you'll see a shipwreck. Loot the chest inside for the quest item, and take it to the next Chapter.
How to Complete: Craft all 6 pieces, which will cost you 5026 Orens, 20 Studded Leather, 18 Hardened Leather, 20 Robust Cloth, 5 Timber, 10 Twine, 1 Draugir Armor Fragment, 4 Essence of Death, 6 Harpy Feathers, 16 Iron Ore, 14 Silver ore, 3 Diamond Dust, 7 Amethyst Dust and 2 Blue Meteorite Ore.
If you didn't pick one up at the verty beginning of the Chapther, the Draugir Armor Fragment will be autolooted during the main quest "The Eternal Battle," when you kill the Draug in the mist. The Harpy Feathers can be obtained when you go to see the Visionary, endless waves will attack until you actually get close to him.
How to Complete: Beat all the Dice players. In lieu of gold, the final price can be a crafting Diagram, but you probably already have all the ones they're offering.
How to Complete: If you don't already have it, but the book The Horrors of War: Rotfiends from Sambor at the Brothel Camp. The first place is northeast of camp, and you can burn the bodies just by interracting with them. The second place is just across the river in the middle, and the third area is south of the Brothel Camp. Find Proximo in camp for your reward.
How to Complete: Challenge the Mighty Numa, who's standing just east of the Tower. There are four ways this can go:
A) If you beat him, that's the end.
B) Lose, then tell him he cheats, and that's the end.
C) Lose, then accuse him of cheating. Choose the intimidating option for a rematch. Win that, and it's over.
D) Talk to Marcus, who's standing right next to Numa. Buy and drink some Anabolic Steroids from him. Challenge Numa again for an essentially unlosable match.
How to Complete: Talk to Ban Ard, who's standing between the Tower and the Inn. He'll ask for several ingredients, two of which can only be obtained in Chapter I. The others can be gotten in the sewers and north of the Tower. The reward is a Diagram for the best steel sword in the game.
How to Complete: Talk to Bras of Ban Ard, who hangs out between the Tower and the Inn. Next, enter the Sewers north of the Tower and go through the entrance to the left. The password for the Sentry is The Password he asks for is "Zi, Uddu-ya, Ia Ia, Gat, Exa, Nibbit, Kanpa, Gat, Uddu-Zi." Inside is a torch puzzle. With the entrance behind you and the locked door in front of you, light the brazier in the middle, then the middle right, then the near left, and finally the middle again.
Inside is the Operator. The conversation can go three ways:
A) Fulfill the prophecy by choosing the appropriate dialog choices, and you'll get a free redistribution of Talent Points.
B) Deny any involvment, which fails the quest.
C) Fight the Operator, which yields a mediocre sword and some Dragon Scales.
How to Complete: Talk to Bras of Ban Ard, who hangs out between the Tower and the Inn. Buy the three books called The Runes of Power from him and read them. There are three underground rooms you'll have to visit. One is in the far west of the city, and you can get to it by exiting the town square area to the south and then making your way west and north. For the other two, you'll need to exit the Tower area to the north and wrap around to where you entered the city with Iorveth. The second is near the Poker players, to the northeast. The third is to the southeast.
Above ground at each, you'll need to kill off some gargoyles. Upon entering the room, you'll notice four glowing symbols, which you'll have to extinguish in a certain order. Interract with a book on a pedestal to learn which order you need to use. There are six possible combinations, and each room will choose one at random:
1) Animal - Sky - Death - Time
2) Animal - Art - Time - Sky
3) Sky - Animal - Time - Death
4) Sky - Animal - Time - Death
5) Art - Sky - Animal - Time
6) Sky - Death - Animal - Time

At the southeast room, be sure to loot the Manuscript there for "An Encrypted Manuscript." Once you've completed all three, return to Bras of Ban Ard for your reward.
How to Complete: Bras of Ban Ard has these, and he hangs out between the Tower and the Inn. The total cost of crafting all the armor is 7931 orens, 8 Studded Leather, 28 Hardened Leather, 26 Robust Cloth, 4 Leather, 4 Timber, 12 Twine, 2 Harpy Saliva, 2 Essence of Death, 8 Harpy Feather, 9 Gargoyle Dust, 1 Dragon Scales, 1 Troll Tongue, 18 Iron Ore, 14 Silver ore, 4 Elemental Stone and 2 Blue Meteorite Ore.
How to Complete: Enter the Sewers north of the Tower. Loot the chest in the northernmost area for a couple of Diagrams and some armor. Have Bras of Ban Ard craft the Vran Armor to complete the quest.
How to Complete: Beat Aylaya and Filly, then in the same area, beat the mage Hadrian the Black, followed by his apprentice Adelina. Lastly Lockhart, who's just south of the Tower.
How to Complete: Beating him this time finishes the quest for good.
How to Complete: Enter the Tower and go down the stairs to the second door. Inside find Cynthia, her mage comrade, and the two scientists. If you refuse to help them, you'll wind up having to fight them to the death, and the quest fails. Therefore, agree to help them. Follow them through the tunnels, fighting and enjoying cutscenes.
You'll eventually come to a door which asks a riddle. The correct answer is either Time, Dream, or Fate, and only one will appear as an option. Inside, after another fight, loot all of the books on the tables in the room, then talk to the door for the next riddle. The correct answers are "The Dragon Constellation", "The Full Moon" and "The Mine Entrance in the Mountainside." Face the door, and the fresco you need to stand in front of is to the left.
In the next room is a golem. Use all of the white conversation paths. Avoid anything that might seem invasive, and don't use the Axii options. Then say you know enough. Say that you're a guest, you came to talk about lies and delusions, and that only the golem's and his master's will exist.
Your companions will begin to search the room. After you loot the third of Dearhenna's Notes, you'll reach a choice:
A) Saying that you're even completes the quest then and there, with no follow up.
B) Saying you can't let them leave leads to you killing both Cynthia and Adelbert. You get to use the device three times. Looting a couple of books from their corpses gives you a bonus quest called "A Tome Truly Rare," which you complete by selling the books to Bras of Ban Ard.
C) Saying you want to try the device forces you to kill Adelbert, and Cynthia helps you. You get to use the device once. Looting a book from his corpse gives you a bonus quest called "A Tome Truly Rare," which you complete by talking to Cynthia later at the Inn. You also get the option to have sex with her.
How to Complete: You may choose to contine now or later. Follow Brigita until it's your turn to lead, then just follow the quest arrow. Completing this quest leads to "Lilies and Vipers." You get the option to stay or return to Loc Muine, but there's really nothing of interest here.

Inside is the Operator. The conversation can go three ways:
A) Fulfill the prophecy by choosing the appropriate dialog choices, and you'll get a free redistribution of Talent Points.
B) Deny any involvment, which fails the quest.
C) Fight the Operator, which yields a mediocre sword and some Dragon Scales (which are used in the Dark Armor set, and there's only one other place to get them).
How to Complete: Talk to Bras of Ban Ard, who hangs out between the Tower and the Inn. Buy the three books called The Runes of Power from him and read them. At the southeast room, be sure to loot the Manuscript there for "An Encrypted Manuscript." Once you've completed all three, return to Bras of Ban Ard for your reward.
How to Complete: Total cost is 7931 Orens, 8 Studded Leather, 28 Hardened Leather, 26 Robust Cloth, 4 Leather, 4 Timber, 12 Twine, 2 Harpy Saliva, 2 Essence of Death, 8 Harpy Feather, 9 Gargoyle Dust, 1 Dragon Scales, 1 Troll Tongue, 18 Iron Ore, 14 Silver ore, 4 Elemental Stone and 2 Blue Meteorite Ore.
The Dragon Scales can be obtained either after the main quest "Of His Blood and Bone," when you can enter Phillipa Eilhart's house, or duing the side quest "From a Bygone Era," if you choose to fight the Operator. The Gargoyle Dust can only be farmed before activating the final ward in "The Gargoyle Contract," so be sure you have all 9 before finishing that quest.
How to Complete: After talking to Kimbolt, you could just go straight to Natalis, but that ends this quest and you can't do the follow-ups. So instead head to the Scribe. Loot his place for some Notes, and you'll need to solve a puzzle. The solution is: "Add burnt lime", "Add water", "Add cormorant guano" and "Heat the flask." Report in to Kimbolt to start "The Messenger" and "Pacta Sunt Servanda."
Once both those quests are done, report to Marvel and Kimbolt first, not accusing them directly, but instead informing on the other. Lastly, report in to Natalis, and accuse both men.
How to Complete: Chase down Lash. During the fight with him, he'll teleport to four specific locations, in sequence. Place Yrden down on his next teleport location to trap him. Loot the Letter from his corpse when you're done. Don't go to Natalis yet unless you've also finished "Pacta Sunt Servanda."
How to Complete: Enter the Sewers north of the Tower. Loot the chest in the northernmost area for a couple of Diagrams and some armor. Have Bras of Ban Ard craft the Vran Armor to complete the quest.
How to Complete: There is no quest marker for Maravel's location. He's just up the stairs from Kimbolt. Don't accuse him, but instead agree to his task. Go to the quest location and help the mercenaries. Return to Kimbolt to report in. Don't go to Natalis yourself yet until you've finished "The Messenger."
How to Complete: Beat Aylaya and Filly, then in the same area, beat the mage Hadrian the Black, followed by his apprentice Adelina. Lastly Lockhart, who's just south of the Tower.
How to Complete: Just south of the Tower, you'll be approached by a bitter soldier. Beat him at fistfighting.
