The Story: I've set up several towns that were sea ports. I figured if the sea wall ever broke or sprung a leg, I'd need a pump to contain the spill until it could be repaired. This particualar model is a robot that automatically seeks out puddles and evaporates them. It looks better if you've got 2 2x3 bricks instead of the one 2x6, where one of the bricks says "Police" on it, and one or more has holes in the top.
